Brave Smash has secured a slot in the Everest and he is expected to dominate his lead up, the Testa Rossa Stakes (1200m), with the Japanese galloper stifling Sportsbet.com.au betting.

The Darren Weir trained galloper ran over the 1200m at the Valley last time out and he did a really good job in winning considering he was wide no cover for the trip, ridden out of his comfort zone, and keep in mind his poor second up record. Hopefully ridden with cover this Saturday, he can explode. He’s $1.65 to $1.70.

Stablemate El Divino is next best in betting at $7.50. He opened $7 and did get to $8 but a late push has seen him firm half a point. Keen Array has been $9 out from $8 and that trio are the lone under $10.

Perth raider Malibu Style has been a firmer at odds, into $13 from $15.
