The Ipswich Cup winner Self Sense has been the subject of good support with punters in early betting to take out the Caloundra Cup (2400m) this Saturday at the Sunny Coast.

The David Briedoake was nearly 1000 days since his last win prior to going to Ipswich where he was backed as if unbeatable and the punters got it spot on as he spanked them. He opened $3.50, was down to $2.80 but has eased slightly, now sitting at $2.90.

Supply And Demand, an in form type for the Waterhouse/Bott yard, is $3.40 out from $3.30, while the Darren Weir trained Neverland has also been easy, opening $4 and now at $4.20.

Benzini, who ran a beauty in the Ipswich Cup, is rock solid at $7.50.
