We take a look at todays NRL Round 14 clash between the Penrith Panthers and the Canberra Raiders. When: 17:30 | Saturday 10/06/2017

Where: Carrington Park

I still don’t see the Panthers being there at the end of the year.

The Dogs haven’t done anything all year, so you can’t use them as a benchmark.

If the Panthers can back it up against Canberra, then you might see a different response next week.

Bringing Josh Mansour back into the squad meant that Penrith could move players around.

Mansour started off well but he needs to have a few more weeks to get his match fitness up and then we’ll see him back to the form he showed in 2016.

I’d like to see the Raiders start the first 40 minutes hard, having each player stand up and attack the ball.

When the Raiders are playing smart football, they don’t need anyone to stand up.

The Verdict

Canberra’s forwards will dominate the Panthers and give the backs room to move the ball around to set up tries.
