When: 17:30 | Saturday 27/05/2017

Where: Mt Smart Stadium

The Warriors have to step up as they’ve been so disappointing for about five games.

They have the best spine in the competition but they’re not completing games for the entire 80 minutes.

I don’t know what the problem is over there but you can’t blame the coach because it happens all the time.

Do they think they’re too good for the competition and get lazy?

The Warriors should be leading this competition on paper but they just don’t get there.

Is the travel a real factor?

I don’t think the Broncos have the depth with so many players out through Origin duty but they’ll have hungry young players going out there to put their stamp on the NRL.

If the Warriors can’t beat the Broncos, they’re in real trouble.

The whole New Zealand spine needs to step up. The forwards need direction and they have no last tackle options.

If your half keeps kicking it sideways, what chance do they have?

If the Warriors wake up and play for each other, they have every chance of making 2017 the Warriors’ year.

Shaun Johnson needs to focus this week or he could be dropped.

The Verdict

Warriors have to win this week as the Broncos are missing too many players through Origin.

They’ll score far too many points this week, so take the -8.5 start.
