The Melbourne Storm have outdone themselves again, if that’s even possible now. Down 14-0 in the first half against a West Tigers team in turmoil, the Storm silenced the crowd after half time to win 22-14. They remain undefeated for 2017, and with a fully fit Billy Slater now lurking at full-back the Storm look back to their best.

When: 19:30 | Saturday 01/04/2017

Where: AAMI Park

The Panthers could not have been more impressive as they buried the Newcastle Knights 40-0, crossing 7 times. What’s even more impressive, all 7 tries were spread across the list as they sent out a big warning to the Storm this week.

  • Melbourne have won 16 of their past 17 against Penrith
  • Penrith have not won in Melbourne since 2005
  • Penrith have not scored more than 17 points against Melbourne since 2007

Penrith simply don’t win in Melbourne. Period.

The Storm will be too clinical in their defence and therefore limit the Panthers completely.
