The Strikers will be looking for a lift from the Adelaide crowd. The Strikers will be relying on the likes of Colin Ingram to provide the fireworks with the bat. Ingram has a had a superbly in his first season in the BBL with a strike rate of 137.17

Rashid Khan looms as a key player with the ball. Labelled a genius by many of the Australian players, the Afghan spinner has 13 wickets at a stunning economy rate of 5.52.

Win-Draw-Win

The Hurricanes snuck into the finals on the back of three losses. While the Hurricanes blitzed the Scorchers in Perth, they still believe they have not had their perfect game. Without D’Arcy Short, Matthew Wade will open at the top of the order. Wade smashed a BBL best 71 against the Scorchers and is hungry for runs.

The Hurricanes made the brave call to leave international Tymal Mills on the sidelines for the semi-final. In his place, their attack will be led by Jofra Archer. Archer has recommitted the Hurricanes for a further two seasons on the back of his performance this year. Archer has captured 15 wickets at an economy rate of 7.63.

On the back of their Semi-Final form, the Hurricanes will be hard to beat.

Tip: Back Hurricanes to win ($2.10)

Runscorer Markets

Hobart Hurricanes

With D’Arcy Short on Australian duty, Matt Wade ($3.75) looms as a player who can do some damage with the bat. Wade (71) is coming off a stunning blitz against the Scorchers in the Semi-Final.

Ben McDermott ($5) and Dan Christian ($7.50) are also prominent in the market. McDermott has proven his value in the middle order this season and Christian is proven performer with both the bat and the ball.

Tip: Back Matt Wade to be the top run scorer ($3.75)

Adelaide Strikers

Colin Ingram ($3.75) looms as the x-factor for the Strikers with the bat. The big South African has the ability to provide some real acceleration during the innings and has cleared the rope 13 times.

Jack Weatherald has proven to be one of the quiet achievers of the Strikers line-up. While he doesn’t have the profile of Alex Carey or Travis Head he has accumulated 211 runs this season with two half-centuries.

Tip: Back Colin Ingram to be the top run scorer ($3.75)
